WARRANTY INFORMATION
Imperial Australia takes pride in our jewellery. We offer our jewellery one year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the original date of purchase.
- Imperial Australia’s jewellery Warranty coverage excludes damage caused by general wear and tear.
- Warranty coverage extends to jewellery that has not been immersed in fluids of any kind.
- Warranty coverage extends to jewellery that has not been in contact with or immersed in perfume, make-up, detergent or other chemicals.
- Warranty coverage extends to jewellery that has not been dropped, knocked or been subject to physical impact.
- Warranty coverage extends to jewellery that has not been immersed in an ultrasonic cleaner.
- Warranty coverage extends to jewellery that has not been left on heated surfaces, or in direct sunlight.
- Warranty coverage extends only to jewellery that has been well maintained including having perspiration wiped off with a soft cloth.
Strict quality control and individual inspection is employed to ensure every piece of jewellery leaves our facility in excellent condition. In the unlikely event of any manufacturing faults, Imperial Australia will repair or exchange the item within a 4 week period once we inspect the piece and determine the issue is a manufacturing fault. Please be reminded to keep your proof or purchase for after sales service.
